Talwish provides an AI-powered career platform that helps users tailor resumes for job applications, discover matching job opportunities, analyze ATS readiness, prepare for interviews through AI research and expert coaching, and access career market insights.

As a Talwish user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and resume
• Review AI-generated content before using it — you are solely responsible for your applications
• Not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform in any way
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You may not use Talwish to:

• Submit false or misleading information on job applications
• Upload resumes or content that you do not own or have permission to use
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, experts, or staff
• Interfere with the platform's security, performance, or availability
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the platform without authorization

Talwish offers subscription plans with different feature tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
• You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues through the end of the billing period
• Feature limits (e.g., number of tailored resumes per month) reset at the start of each billing cycle
• We may change pricing with notice. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle
• Unused credits or sessions do not roll over to the next billing period

You retain full ownership of your resumes, profile information, and any content you upload to Talwish. By uploading content, you grant Talwish a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content solely to provide you with the services you request.

Talwish's platform, including its code, design, branding, algorithms, and proprietary technology, is owned by Talwish and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting contact@talwish.com. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You will be notified in such cases and may appeal the decision by contacting our support team.

Talwish provides its platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talwish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of employment opportunities, inability to secure an interview or job offer, or any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Talwish is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Bangalore, India.
